The Metropolitan Foundation is a non-for-profit organization created to provide funding to charitable organizations in the New York City area.

The Metropolitan Foundation seeks to heighten awareness, particularly amongst young New Yorkers, motivating, enlisting and involving them to help make a difference in their community.

Proceeds from the events support organizations in the Metropolitan New York area which focus their efforts on protecting the environment and the fight against breast cancer.
